Hello and happy Summer.
Friday July 2nd- 73oAM LEd 1/2 Primary, 9AM Regular Mysore, 530PM Open and unsupported Mysore
Saturday July 3rd- 9AM Open and unsupported Mysore (no instruction)
Sunday July 4th- 7:30AM Open and unsupported Mysore, 9AM Regular Mysore
Monday July 5th- 7AM Open unsupported Mysore 9AM Regular Mysore, 5:30PM Regular Mysore
Starting Friday July 2nd I will be leading a led 1/2 Primary on Friday’s starting at 730AM for the remaining months of summer. Unless it’s moon day.
I am opening the studio at 7AM on Friday’s rather than 630AM. Check with me if there is a conflict.
If you practice Mysore at that time and do not wish to practice a led-class then feel free to practice along side at your normal time and pace.
For those who have questions about the sequence this will be a good chance to look them over.
The class will slightly blend into the 9AM Mysore practice leaving plenty of time for the remainder of the sequence and time for finishing.
If you are familiar with “old-Mavericks” style or the way Tim and Jason offer the led format you will be comfortable.
Please arrive in time to start at 730AM if you plan to take the class.
I am looking forward to this class and hope you are too.
See you soon, Casey

Hi Everyone,
A yoga camp is in the works for June. Pass this on to anyone you think might be interested. I am really excited for this event and have been hoping we could do this for some time. Allyson is the right person for the job of getting the yoga message out to kids this age. If you have any questions give call Allyson at 503-380-4461 or email neareastyoga@ gmail. com and I will send it to her.
Thanks, Casey
