Please arrive by 9am on mornings, 6pm in evenings. Early start times available.

*7am Friday is group primary class for advanced practitioners. 9-10:30am, please RSVP for unsupported Mysore.

Beginning practitioners, please contact Near East Yoga for a suggested class time.

Studio closed on moondays.
