Near East Yoga in the early morning. Very quiet and peaceful.

I host special teachers from India and we spend the time it takes to learn what they teach us. It’s strong stuff but not overwhelming.

And we take them on exotic and beautiful trips where they laugh and bless the sacred waters.

These are special teachers to me and the Near East Community. Lots of lineage wisdom and time between these two. I’m always grateful.

With Jill Knouse. She invites me in to teach Patanjali Yoga Sutra to the Elevate Teacher Training. I love it.

I like knowing the yoga theory so I can use it. Here I am teaching Yama and Niyama in Sri Lanka last winter.

I was younger once- when Jamison Park in the Pearl was new and there were no condos.

I love music and chanting of any kind. I make a lot of the music myself to accompany the Mysore classes. It’s a form of devotion

Thanks Patanjali for telling us of yoga and how to use it. We make our own worlds and it’s good to have a method.

Thanks for checking Near East Yoga out. Come visit soon and often.

Namaste and Cheers, Casey
